ORIGIN

From where
oregano is at home.

Around 90% of Türkiye's oregano comes from Denizli and its surroundings. We source from these fields, above all the town of Gözler, along with Uzunpınar, Güzelpınar, Güney, Tavas, Çal, Çivril and Baklan, from farmers we have known and worked with for years.

Denizli oregano (Origanum onites) is a registered Geographical Indication in Türkiye (No. 714, 2021). It grows at 600–1,200 m, where a naturally high carvacrol content gives it a sharp, lasting aroma.

PRODUCT

Turkish Oregano

PROCESS

It starts in the field.

A pure product comes from a clean process. Here is oregano's journey from field to container, with nothing added along the way.

  1. 01

    Farmers we know

We buy from Denizli growers we have worked with for years and whose harvests we follow closely.

  2. Incoming oregano inspected with a scoop at intake02

    Checked at the gate

Every harvest is inspected on arrival. Anything below standard is rejected and sent back.

  3. Cleaning drum on the processing line03

    Drum cleaning

Drums and sieves take out dust, stems and foreign matter.

  4. Vibrating sieve grading oregano leaf04

    Sorted leaf by leaf

Vibrating sieves and separators grade the leaf by size; only clean leaf moves down the line.

  5. Oregano sample being analysed in the laboratory05

    Tested again

One lab analysis every 10 pallets. Nothing is packed until purity and PA values meet European standards.

  6. Oregano filling into a sack06

    Packed right

10 kg kraft sacks, or 20–25 kg polypropylene bags on request, each marked with its lot number.

  7. Palletised sacks being loaded into a container07

    Loaded on time, and safely

Your order is loaded securely and leaves on the date we agreed, with no surprises.

  8. The right product.

    The right packing.

    The right time.

QUALITY

Purity isn't a label for us.
It's a promise.

99% pure, nothing added

No other plant, filler or additive ever enters our oregano. Adulteration is a known issue in this trade; that is why we test regularly.

PA-tested, to European standards

At the gate, harvests below standard go back. Off the line, one lab analysis every 10 pallets confirms purity and pyrrolizidine alkaloid values within EU limits.

Traceable to the field

Every sack and bag carries a lot number that leads back to the farmer, the processing day and its test results.

ABOUT

A new generation, in Denizli's oldest trade.

It started with a conversation between two partners: much of the world's oregano comes from Türkiye, and most of Türkiye's comes from Denizli. A friend's father, one of Denizli's first oregano producers, taught us how the work is done: how to source it right, process it clean and ship it.

We weren't afraid to take the step. In every crisis many industries stopped; people's tables never did. As our orders grow, so does our demand from local farmers, and the region grows with us.

“Quality, purity and consistency will never be up for negotiation.”
